Bird nest removal

Squirrel removal

First visit did not result in eliminating wild animal in my house. second visit promised a trap to catch animal , nothing happened after 2nd visit!!!!
Poor follow up. Poor service.
Can not recommend this pest removal company!!!!!

So after some investigation it looks like we carried out a mouse treatment for you in September of 2020. You called us back in December 2020 and we came back out to inspect and you had evidence of a raccoon on your roof this time but had not gained access. All was good.
Yesterday you called our office May 19/2021 upset and hung up on our operator for explaining costs and procedure ? Frankly your review is false. You never had wildlife and or did we ever discuss trapping?? I apologize if you think our service was poor. I would suggested not waiting 8 months to follow up next time & and to talk to the people who are just trying to help and gather info about the situation with respect, I get people have bad days but they are just doing their jobs.

Moving & Storage review in Toronto

Ryan came to do an inspection of a bird’s nest inside a hole in the outer wall of our home. He discovered babies so he advised against doing anything to remove them until they are able to fly. He made a date to come back and was a true pleasure to deal with.

Great to hear Randy your tech was able to determine that the chicks were present. As a humane company we allow the young chicks to be fledged before removing and sealing the opening.

Cap chimney to prevent bird from re-entering

A serviceman came out the day after we called to report a bird in our chimney. Andy was courteous, professional, and took the time to explain the problem and how he resolved it. He also took photos while he was in the roof so I could see what he had done to seal the chimney. He explained why he was convinced the bird had been able to get out on his own, and how the bird showed up when he was capping the chimney, so in the end, we felt sure the bird was safe and secure in the fact he could not return. All in all an excellent experience.

Racoon removal
