Swat Wildlife and Insulation

A raccoon had busted through some soffits and made quite a racket. We didn't know if it was living in our attic, or whether there were babies. SWAT Wildlife sent Randy out within 24 hours of our call. He checked the roof, went into the attic, repaired the soffits, placed some protective screens over our vents, and generally gave us peace of mind that the raccoon would not bother us anymore.

Randy was our service person and he was very professional and friendly. He examined everything and explained what he was doing step by step. He went the extra mile to check everything and recommended what needed to be done. Our raccoon issue went away in less then a week. He came back to reinstalled the proper vents and provided extra tips on how to keep pest away from our house.

He was very transparent with what he was going to do and I appreciated his honesty. Randy was quick, friendly and knowledgeable.
We had him deal with mice in our attic over a year and a half ago with good results but we recently noticed the noises had returned. We got an appointment quickly and he checked our roof to make sure there were no issues before replacing the bait which the mice had eaten through.

In the telephone conversation I was able to explain in full detail our concerns and ask questions. Then we were able to have an inspection scheduled really soon (luckily - before the raccoon got babies). Then Rob showed up: super nice guy and very professional and skilled, respectable entry onto your house / roof etc. as well.
He found out we had 2 raccoons in our chimney shafts. He also explained his plan of approach and answered even more questions we had (install one-way door and hope for the little busters to leave). Luckily they did. Then Rob showed up to install the definite protection and he even cleaned the poop elsewhere. Seriously, this company you can easily trust with their great care: not only for the animals but also for your house.
