Rob was prompt and professional, the plan for completing the work and the results were clearly explained.

E-mailed this morning re: noise in attic.

They responded within 1 hour and Randy arrived 3 hours later. Randy was professional, knowledgeable, honest and hardworking.
He identified the opening to my attic, installed a one-way door to be removed in 10 days and surveyed the entire roof to ensure that no other entry points existed.

I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I hired SWAT wildlife to take care of a squirrel issue in my parents' attic.

The positives:
- super friendly service on the phone
- worker showed up quickly (a day or so after my initial call)
- worker did quite a thorough assessment of the situation, and fixed it promptly
- when I checked back with SWAT later regarding a follow up, it was handled promptly and in a very friendly manner

What could be improved:
- the worker mentioned they'd be back to remove the one-way squirrel door from the roof 7-10 days later, but this was forgotten. However this issue was promptly resolved after I called SWAT to remind them of the situation.
- after removing the one-way squirrel door, the worker did not confirm whether the hole on the roof was patched, and did not send an image of the final result. So I have no idea whether the roof was actually patched to prevent future squirrel problems.

For the price we paid, I'd expect a better reassurance of outcome. And would have liked to be informed and shown proof of the final result.

Randy was amazing. Such great service. He really pin pointed the raccoons issue. He fixed everything. Really knowledgeable about what we needed.

Called SWAT wildlife to help with squirrels in my roof and they sent Randy the next day right on time. He removed a family of squirrels humanely, sealed the gap with aluminum siding and explained each step of the process patiently and snapped pictures to document the process. Randy worked efficiently and neatly and were very happy that this was dealt with so quickly!

Had issue with squirrels chewing into fascia and nesting in attic. Roof and squirrel issue resolved. Randy was very knowledgeable and experienced resolving the issue within scheduled time.

After cleaning up a mess for the third time from birds that flew down our fireplace chimney we decided that we needed to get someone to add a screen to the chimney so it wouldnt happen again. Swat Wildlife responded quickly to our homestars request, quoted what we thought was a reasonable cost, and within a day Rob came and took care of our problem. Very happy with the speed of response and service. Would recommend this company
