Fast service, generally satisfied, however quality assurance could be improved
I hired SWAT wildlife to take care of a squirrel issue in my parents' attic.
The positives:
- super friendly service on the phone
- worker showed up quickly (a day or so after my initial call)
- worker did quite a thorough assessment of the situation, and fixed it promptly
- when I checked back with SWAT later regarding a follow up, it was handled promptly and in a very friendly manner
What could be improved:
- the worker mentioned they'd be back to remove the one-way squirrel door from the roof 7-10 days later, but this was forgotten. However this issue was promptly resolved after I called SWAT to remind them of the situation.
- after removing the one-way squirrel door, the worker did not confirm whether the hole on the roof was patched, and did not send an image of the final result. So I have no idea whether the roof was actually patched to prevent future squirrel problems.
For the price we paid, I'd expect a better reassurance of outcome. And would have liked to be informed and shown proof of the final result.

You absolutely did the right thing by calling us to come and remove your one way door we actually encourage customers to do so as it is written on the invoice. We apologize for the confusion with the technician.
Pictures are great to show customers what is going on as often times the areas are not visible from the ground, however pictures are only provided upon request. We leave notice that we have been there in your mail box to let customers know we have been back and the job has been completed. If you would like a picture it's not to late. We would be more than happy to return, just schedule with our office staff.
