Swat wildlife was friendly and efficient. They sealed an opening in our roof to prevent birds from entering and nesting. There were no birds inside at the time so it was fairly simple.

Great to hear your service went smooth, it's often the case that the birds are out of the nest at the time of our inspections, if the chicks have left.
Making sure the exhaust / opening is clear and clear of debris to function properly is also important.
