Derek was prompt, kind and very professional, within 30 minutes of calling on the weekend, he came out personally, and removed the nest and baby squirrels in the fireplace from inside the home and did this in a very compassionate way. He was thorough throughout the job and very helpful in providing guidance on the next steps. This service could not have been any better, Derek, thank you again.
