Ken, the senior technician, attended our home recently to provide advice and to assist with raccoon-proofing the exterior of our house. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Ken willingly and respectfully answered all our questions and through his expertise provided an effective solution. He arrived at scheduled appointments in a timely fashion and returned to the house as promised to provide the necessary follow-up. Patti who took our call and arranged our appointments was also very professional and a pleasure to deal with during this process.
