Swat Wildlife and Insulation

We had a horrible smell in our basement, coming from above the ceiling. After being quoted an extortion-like price by another wildlife company, we called SWAT Wildlife. Our technician named Randy arrived about an hour after we called and went right to work and managed to find a dead rat above our basement ceiling. Randy removed the dead rat, as well as the affected insulation, he disinfected the area, and cleaned up thoroughly. he also found the entry point and installed a one-way door to allow any other animals out, but prevent others from getting back in.

Randy was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and thorough and really saved us. He told us the body would likely have taken a long time (potentially months) to decompose and the smell was becoming unbearable. He would be my first call if we ever have another wildlife issue (though I hope we don't) and I would highly recommend him.
