Very attentive and friendly service. Promptly handled and professional. Very knowledgeable about wildlife care and management. From the moment we called to the end - the team was amazing! Took extra measures to ensure that we were satisfied and walked us through what to expect. Randy called in advance and afterwards. He also took pictures so that we can see his work.
