Roof and attic inspection for possible racoon entry and damage
After being awoken by a racoon at 4AM trying to get into my roof, I decided to call SWAT Wildlife for help. The main office was able to schedule the appointment the same afternoon and was upfront with the prices and process. Randy was the specialist and he did a very thorough job inspecting my roof and attic including the condition of vents, chimney, insulation, wires, eavestrough, and roof boards. He provided pictures throughout the process. Thankfully there was no racoon or related damage, but Randy did find and address a small gap between the eavestrough facia and roof shingles which could be a potential entry point for squirrels/mice. He also gave me recommendations on how to improve the attic insulation. Thanks Randy for the terrific job and peace of mind!!
