I don't know what more to say other than we have found our plumber for life! Valentin responded to my homestars message by phone minutes after I contacted him. He was easy to book a time with and when he arrived, he was prompt. He is very knowledgable and quickly told me my options and what to expect with each. He isolated the problem and had it fixed in less than half an hour. He then had time to install the vent, which we had not previously discussed. He was very accommodating and efficient!
