The team that helped us was courteous and extremely patient as we worked through a painful permitting process that had nothing to do with the structure and everything to do with a dying tree within the construction zone. Once the permit was received, the installation was quick and painless, and the final result is fabulous. We have added value to our home with this lovely outdoor 'room'. Even the building inspector wanted to know who the supplier was so that he could recommend them to a friend of his. High praise indeed!
