Frank and his crew did a fantastic job carrying out the demolition. They were punctual, efficient, respectful of both my property and my neighbours, and were sure to confirm details of the demo before and during the demo. I had a basement to demolish before starting on a complete house reno. I needed everything exposed to see where electric, plumbing and structural issues might be hiding. They were waiting for me when I got there this morning. They got right to it and had the ceiling down, the walls down and the bathroom demo'd before lunch. The biggest part of the job was hauling it all out of the basement but they got it done and swept and were out the door by the end of the afternoon. Perfect score. No doubt about it. I'll use them again.

Frank and Crew are quick, effective and clean up after they're complete. They completely torn down a 9 ½ 800 square foot ceiling in no time. The ceiling was made of plaster and lath with a wire mesh throughout.
They were on time, on budget professionals.

We hired Frank and his crew to do a complete demolition of our 1700 sq/ft bungalow. Drywall removal, floor removal, cabinets and tiles, ceiling and bathroom. We couldn't be happier with the work that Frank and his crew did. They were very careful not to damage the walls that we wanted to save. They arrived on time and cleaned up everything before they left. Frank supervised everybody and made sure that all the work was being done properly. Price was great and the demolition was done in half the time that other demo companies were estimating! I would not hesitate to recommend Demolition Boys to anyone! 100% satisfaction - I wish all the trades we are working with on our house were this great!!!

We called Demo Boys when the other company we hired didn't show up. They were able to start the next day and got all the plaster walls out very efficiently in only 6 hours, leaving the site neat and tidy. Frank was very accommodating and nice to deal with- unlike a lot of the other companies we called. You certainly get what you pay for and Demo Boys was great value! We will definitely hire them again soon.

Had the Demo boys demo my old basement in my Toronto home, which at one point at been a basement apartment. Before the demo, it was easy to reach Frank, and he was able to come by a few days later and walk through the job and he was able to start a week later. I had the estimate that evening, and it was less that he had originally estimated, because he was honest in having given it more thought they could do the job in 1 day instead of 2. The team arrived on time and worked quickly and with as little disruption as possible for a job that was loud and messy. They cleaned up after they were done, and Frank even followed up with a phone call the next morning, to check on everything and make sure the dumpster had been removed. I would definitely not hesitate using them again, and probably will for a smaller kitchen demo in the near future.
