New Century Maids

I found New Century with lots of good reviews here, so I decided to use them for detail cleaning before moving in for just one Kitchen and 3 bathrooms,
I asked 2 ladies to work for 2 hours each and if they need more time, let me know. After 2 hours I got a call that they didn’t finish the kitchen yet and they need half an hour more to finish the kitchen, I agreed and they worked total 5 man hours.
In the afternoon when I went to the house, I noticed they didn’t even wipe the cupboard, didn’t wash oven and fridge, (although in initial call I mentioned that these are my priorities and they put a note there), So I called the New Century to complain, a lady answered the phone and mentioned that cleaning oven inside/out or fridge in/out is extra charge which it completely wrong, in their web site they put all these as part of their detail cleaning. In bathrooms, even they didn’t wipe the shower wall, and I noticed still hair on tiles, and it shows they didn’t even wipe the bathrooms.
After sending email and leaving message, and calling back the day after I talked to Kamilla and she offered to send the ladies to finish the job. I accepted to come over and finish the work that they were supposed to finish in first day. The lady worked 2 hours and did her best, but it looked like she didn’t have enough experience and spent 2 long hours for cleaning an empty kitchen (even I told her leave floor /windows as it is , just cupboards, countertop, backsplash and fridge/oven) – I was not satisfied with their service and after she left I had to clean the whole kitchen/bathrooms myself.
Anyway at the end it didn’t worth the money I spent for their service, if you want somebody to come to your house and move the dust and dirt around back and forth and leave them there just call them, they are just looking for new customers and as long as they got their money, don’t care about you anymore.

N.C.M. were fantastic from start to finish. I foudn them very friendly, responsive, and easy to consult with over the phone.

The Maids did a deep clean of my apartment - bathroom was spotless - even the faucets were gleaming. Kitchen was brighter than I had ever seen it. Fridge and freezer were cleaned perfectly. Floors were scrubbed, windows were shining, mirrors looked brand new.

I had just taken possesion of the apartment and the landlord hadn't had it cleaned... after NCM came in, I was thrilled to be living there and felt that I could finally unpack with peace of mind.

I will definitely use them again.

They did a nice job, mostly, but did not remove cobwebs or clean ceiling fans, which are the first 2 items on their "regular" cleaning list. They also missed a couple of other tasks. We had guests coming, so I had to do these myself, which I was not happy about, since New Century cost twice as much as our previous cleaners. I think we'll go back to our previous cleaners. They did just as well, for half the cost.

But the worst part was that New Century emailed, phoned and sent me a letter in the mail asking how they had done. When I replied that the cleaners didn't remove cobwebs anywhere, didn't clean any of the 3 ceiling fans, didn't dust the top of the downstairs fridge, and missed dusting one whole room, I received an email reply that said they did all they could in 4 hours, but THEY determined that 4 hours was enough time. I didn't set the time, nor the price. They estimated 5 hours, but spent only 4, then said they didn't have enough time to do the whole job. Only after I pushed back, they offered to send people to clean the cobwebs, etc. Too little, too late -- I had to finish the cleaning myself because we had guests coming. Not worth the money, or the arguments

Our basement tenant had moved out and we wanted the place cleaned well - it had to be done on short notice and I wanted the "cold room" that was covered with spider webs and dirt paid special attention. Within a day I had a a scheduled apt for the perfect time. The girs showed up on time and took the exact amount of time estimated ( 3 hours each for 2 girls). The place was spotless. The girls were professional and SO hard-working. The place looked incredible - the stove looked like it had never been used! The cold room looked like a different room it was so clean. INCREDIBLE service!

Our girl was amazing! Very friendly, and we trusted her in our home when we were gone. She added lots of nice touches to the cleaning, and we will definitely go with this company again!

After ending my service agreement with another cleaning company due to various issues, I was sceptical of hiring another cleaning company. I had an in home estimate done with New Century and Alex was able to answer all my questions and put me at ease. The crew that did my deep cleaning did a great job! They looked after all the details right down to making points on the toilet paper rolls, just like in hotels! I am jaded from previous cleaning companies, but I think I got it right this time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professionals.

I am extremely pleased with the services I received from New Century Maids. They were able to send a team to my house on very short notice. The ladies arrived promptly and got right to work. I had asked for a detailed clean, including stove and refrigerator, baseboards, cabinets. You name it, they cleaned it, and expertly. I have had a number of services in to clean and have fired them all due to lack of attention to detail. The was not the case with the ladies from New Century. The were extremely detail oriented and worked for the entire time they were in my home. I am hiring them on a permanent basis and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality cleaning.

Recently we decided we wanted to replace the cleaner we'd been using for the past few years, their prices were too high, the service wasn't friendly. I tried 3 different companies before we tried New Century maids, with each one we were left feeling disappointed. new Century Maids came in and did a fantastic job! We were completing thrilled with the work they did - worth every penny. Their attention to detail, and quality of work was perfect!

We agreed on a complete deep cleaning and this is what they did. Punctual, fast, professional, pleasant, very attentive to details (my stove looked like new), no missed areas, excellent results. They needed 2 more hours than the 10 hours initially agreed but we know there were areas (stove, fridge, shower, baseboards , glass doors and table top) that needed a more detailed cleaning so we agreed with that.
We are very satisfied and will certaily contrat them for regular cleanings.
