Hello Jill, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the crew had missed some areas but they did go back and fix the areas - no cost to you - that is our 24 hour guarantee for all cleanings. A to the price for recurred cleanings it clearly states in our estimates when sent that the cleaning crew assesses the home at the deep cleaning and informs the office and that the estimate price may change. The crew informed us that you have dogs that shed a lot and there would be more work. All information is clearly stated in all of our correspondence. We wish you all the best.
