We were looking for a honest and good reputable garage door company to repair or possibly replace our wood garage door. We were referred to Markham Garage Doors by a good friend. The service and price point certainly did not disappoint. The job was done quicker than quoted and for a busy mom of 3, this was definitely a bonus! Adam & Gus were fabulous and paid a lot of attention to detail. They made sure everything was perfect before they left. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a good, honest and efficient garage door company, Markham Garage doors is THE one!

I recently had my garage doors installed by MGD that provides high standard of service: Goose and Adam did an excellent job removing our old doors and installing the new ones. They are on time, professional and also very friendly. Owner Chris was enthusiastic too, he offered me an extra trip to bring me the upgraded handles and hinges that had been missed out showing me before. I didn't know what was wrong with the garage door closing on a slight angle and making noise as it opened or closed, so I called Markham Garage Doors to come and look at the problem. It was one side - the pulley, which had sprung and was operating inefficiently. On a freezing cold day, the service representative came out and rectified the situation in 45 minutes. Quick, efficient and courteous

The sprocket on my old Chamberlain garage door opener broke. I called Markham Garage and spoke to Chris, he gave me a reasonable price to repair/replace the sprocket. The wife pointed out that the unit is over 15yrs, and to get a quote for a new one. Chris gave me a good price, and recommended the belt drive liftmaster. This was within my budget, so he sent an installer over (same day service).
Ryan the installer came promptly, and did a clean install.

I am happy I called Markham garage doors, and would recommend them. This problem could have been a huge headache, was solved within a few hours!!

My garage door cable snapped at a very inconvenient time - right before the buyer's for my house were about to have their first viewing. I called Markham Garage Doors first thing next morning, explained the situation, and they had someone here within hours. Both cables were replaced, everything was tightened up, and my door was back to 100% in less than an hour.

Our sales rap Louis Kwong was great and super responsive. Our old garage doors broke down suddenly, he send someone to fix the problem temporary within an hour so we can continue to use the garage during cold weather before the new one arrives. The actual installation went smooth as well, Ryan A, Adam and Goose were efficient and professional.

I called MGD in the morning to quote 2 new garage door openers with installation. They had someone here to install within 3 hrs of contacting them. Very efficient and professional. I had them install my Garage Doors a few months back and they look amazing. I would recommend them without hesitation.
