When I contacted Boris on January 21, 2014(our last real severe cold snap) asking for his advice on the fact that the temperature of my home was not being able to acheive the thermostat setpoint on very cold nights(It had happened once before in December 2013, but not consistently), and gave him some furnace diagnostic information and sent a picture, he had Farhad come over within 24 hours to check things out, and prepared to fix what was wrong. The furnace had been installed almost 4 years earlier by Cozy World, and I hadn't experienced any problems with it until December 2013. As soon as Farhad arrived, he opened up the furnace, and replaced some of the components related to the trouble code that was identified. Within 30 minutes, he was done, and the furnace was re-started, and haven't had an issue for the last 3 weeks, even though it has been quite cold since then.
