On Wall Solutions

The company had issues from day one and getting the product installed took 3 times before getting the right product. Even today the flooring is not fixed even after talking to the owner of the company without success. Lousy service will never get anyone to use them.

I also have had a bad experience with On Wall Solutions. Had a very expensive garage floor completed but there were a couple of issues that needed follow up. First call and email was sent on May 18, I have made several calls and sent several emails since and they have not followed up on the items. Based on my experience and the reviews of several others on this site I would seek other options for my garage

I had OnWall Solutions install my garage floor and it was beautiful, but over the winter two small spots came off. I called Onwall Solutions to have the spots repaired now repeatedly in 2016 only to have them say that they will fix the problem, but I'm still waiting a year later. Lots of promises but no action. NOT VERY REPUTABLE.

I regret using them. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. It was horrific in my opinion. I would be happy to recount my story to anyone who asked and what transpired.

Just terrible customer service! The employees are very helpful until they have your money and then you have to chase them down and just hope they will show up. Our 3 day project has taken 5 months now and is still not finished. If you hire them, DO NOT pay in full until everything is absolutely finished, because they will not return calls or emails once they have collected their fee. It's really a shame, as the work they did was okay once it was done. They did try to get away with doing as little work as possible, however, and needed reminding on many details. I just hope it lasts because I'm sure getting anything from them under warranty would be impossible. Big talkers but VERY poor customer service. Has left a very bad impression, unfortunately. Also one of the workers who came to the house would ask to come in and use our bathroom every 45 minutes (or more)! very weird.

I'm so happy I went with these guys. Gav showed up right away to discuss my garage project with me. He listened and gave me great feed back. I was so impressed with his promptness, knowledge, and willingness to stay within my budget but at the same time offer me the most bang for my buck, I pretty much decided on the spot there was no need to look any further. Several of the other companies I contacted either failed to show or never followed up after our initial meeting. I have to say that it's nice to work with people who know how to communicate and articulate any feedback that helps to get the job done. Ron and Gav really bent over backwards for me, even on days where I'm sure I was a little demanding. I can't thank you enough for my "new" garage.

We hired OnWall Solutions to complete our 2 car garage and are thrilled with the end results! We met with the Owner of the company Ron Binder, who provided us with a 3D rendering of our project and within weeks our garage was completed! We can't stop raving about OnWall Solutions! You will not go wrong choosing this company! We would recommend both Ron and Gav to all our friends and family anytime! Thank you OnWall for making our garage beautiful and organized in a jiffy!

I cant speak highly enough about OnWall Solutions. We bought an old house in Midtown Toronto that needed lots of work. The garage was an absolute mess, and needed some attention immediately as it was a safety concern for us. A friend recommended calling OnWall and they came over the text day. Gav from OnWall arrived on time, and was very pleasant to deal with. He gave us lots of ideas, and accommodated our budget. The end result was stunning! Our neighbors were very impressed, and decided to upgrade their garage as well. I took my family away for the weekend, and we came back to a finished job with no hiccups. Their service is fair, professional, and accommodating!!

I recently remodeled my home and got On Wall Solutions to help with my garage. They resurfaced the floor and coated it with their polyurathan product. I also had them install some cabinets for storage. I was very happy with their professionel and polite service and low price. They did do an outstanding job with clean workmanship. My garage now looks great! Thank you to your team On wall.
