Apartment Renovation

Having used Reiner's services already with my own living space, I retained him again for a rental apartment I own that was gutted.

Quite simply, citizens of Toronto/GTA are lucky to have his services available. Highly recommended.

home renovation

Working with the Reno Coach was the best decision we could have made. Reiner is dependable, honest and very clear about expectations and plans. I recommend him without hesitation. The project was very well organized, and he helped identify as many DIY opportunities as reasonably possible for us to save money. The contractors that he works with are also reliable and very professional. Even though the fees for the Reno Coach add another expense line, the overall savings are indisputable. And the project was completed in a timely and comparatively stress-free manner. Highly recommended.

South Beach Swimming Pools

I was asked to build a Swimming Pool for Reiner for a very important client and the main focus in our initial meeting was attention to detail. From the first day to the last day of Project completion Reiner was there everyday overlooking the project, following his strict schedule. For a person of his knowledge he was very keen in all aspects of the construction process.I would highly recommend his services to everyone seeking an honest and responsible reno advisor. It was a pleasure to work for Reiner as a Contractor.Reiners Company Slogan shouls read as "The Devil is in the Detail"I Thabk you Reiner for the opportunity and I Hope in the Future we can do Business again.

2nd Floor Renovation

This was my first major reno and I had no idea of the process. Luckily I contacted Reiner right at the start of the project and he made it easy. His recommendations and methodology for proceeding through this type of project has helped me ensure that I not only select the right contractor, but that I spend enough time planning and scoping to help avoid ballooning project costs. I am positive his assistance has saved me both money and headaches.

Full home renovation

We have been working with Reiner since April of this year and he has provided a wealth of knowledge and contacts that has saved us a lot of money and time. He originally came to see one house we were considering to buy and renovate and ended up seeing 3 with us giving us feed back alone the way. After we bought our house he helped with everything along the way including getting us 6 bids for the work we wanted to do. We are almost done now and have too many things to say but for now we'll say that Reiner has made sure to help us avoid common pitfalls and keep our project on track!

Complete house gut

We cannot begin to express our gratitude for Reiner's help on our house-gut project. We were completely out of our element (although trying not to appear that way) and did not know where to begin or what was to come.
He has been patient with my ever-argumentative contractor, practical in his solutions (because there are always problems) and positive through the gloomiest of situations.
We would recommend his services to anyone considering a renovation (be is small or large) because by tapping into his network of resources he will ensure that you select the right people to do the job, that your project will move along steadily and that the work is done correctly. And for us, the budget conscious types, he saved us a BUNDLE of MONEY!

Total house renovation

We bought a house with the intention of renovating (it was not really in livable shape), and as I was looking for contracts I thankfully found Reiner the Reno-Coach and called him first. Initially he helped us with the scope of the project (we did not know any of the rules or what was possible, expensive or inexpensive), and he helped us get drawings and permits which at that point saved more than triple what we will ever pay him. Then he helped us find a contractor, and we got some bids initially before, then after demolition, because many things change after demolition. He helped us select a contractor and we are now mid construction and he keeps being absolutely invaluable making sure the project is going as planned, the work is being done properly and that any unforeseen changes and costs are fair. I have already recommended the Reno-Coach to many friends and my cousin has already started working with him. Thanks Reiner!

Full renovation of old Victorian house

We're just completing a full renovation of our old Victorian house in central Toronto. Reiner's expertise and guidence were critically important in getting us through the entire process. His advice was absolutely essential in getting us organized, obtaining permits, selecting designers, getting construction and finishing work contracted and completed, etc. Many of Reiner's recommendations saved us a great deal of money compared to other quotes we received, and generally the service was excellent.
