Adel was very helpful right from the start with pre-booking questions and clarifacation, through booking and service appointment. The team showed up on time and worked quickly to setup and explain the process of what would be done. Had extra items of HRV and dryer vent service but they were not able to access my outside dryer vent but did what they could from inside. Added some pictures of HRV, wish I had taken some before pictures because it was in pretty bad shape as I had fallen behind on the regular maintenance cleaning. Overall very happy with work and team and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We have been working with Reiner since April of this year and he has provided a wealth of knowledge and contacts that has saved us a lot of money and time. He originally came to see one house we were considering to buy and renovate and ended up seeing 3 with us giving us feed back alone the way. After we bought our house he helped with everything along the way including getting us 6 bids for the work we wanted to do. We are almost done now and have too many things to say but for now we'll say that Reiner has made sure to help us avoid common pitfalls and keep our project on track!

Brent was able to come see the house we had a conditional offer on. He made time for us even though we gave very short notice. Brent was very thorough and spent a lot of time explaining issues with the house. Sometimes having to explain it two or three times till we understood. We are much more comfortable with the house and the existing issues and felt that after Brent's time with us we had a much better idea of what we were getting into. As well Brent took and made available to us extensive pictures of the issues he found and property in general that we were not expecting.
