Reliable Home Comfort

I had an old furnace that needed repair. Reliable home comfort was able to come that day and assess and repair the problem without hesitation or excuses. They were so friendly and knowledgable about furnaces that I decided that it was time to replace my 1992 furnace even though they did a great job on the repair. I was hesitant at first because of the cost, but I shopped around and found for the quality of product they were providing, their prices were competitive. When they came to replace my furnace, it was done efficiently and without a mess. The guys were courteous, friendly and gave the kind of personal service you would never get from a big company. Reliabe home comfort has people who will answer all your questions and in the end give you peace of mind about the quality of the furnace and the service that they provide.

Our furnace stopped working and after speaking with representatives from 4 companies, we were feeling a bit discouraged until we met Dave from Reliable Home Comfort. Dave was really knowledgable and answered many of my difficult questions. What really impressed me was that he did not try to sell us anything that we did not need, that he was able to schedule our installation immediately so we wouldn't be cold anymore and that he always answers his phone personally. The installation itself went very smoothly and the team did a great job. Dave came to double check the job to ensure the units were installed properly. He addressed any issues that we had promptly and professionally. Wow! Amazing compared to the usual experience we have with other companies. I highly recommend speaking to Dave if you are thinking of having a furnace or air comditioner installed!

My furnace had not been working for four days and I was feeling frustrated with my existing service technician as he wasn't able to fit me into his schedule. I needed help. I contacted Goodman Canada and they gave me Dave's phone number. I called Dave late on a Friday afternoon and discussed the problem. He immediately went into action and advised that he would be able to help me and was able to fit me in his schedule the next day. He also picked up the parts late Friday so he would be prepared for the appointment. I greatly appreciated his support and readiness to help me.

After obtaining at least 3 estimates for replacing our 20-year-old furnace and AC with a high-efficiency furnace, humidifier and AC, we decided that Dave was the man for the job. Our decision was based on a quote that was very competitive, our assessment that he really knows his stuff and is passionate about the importance of the contractor knowing all he can about the products he is installing and then making sure that the installation is done properly. The fact that his company stands behind their work with annual servicing included also helped us to feel confident in our choice. We had the installation completed this past summer and can now attest that both the AC and the Furnace are running like a charm. After meeting many companies at the International Home Show I decided to go with Dave and his team as they seemed the most knowledgeabl and did not pressure me into the sale. Rob was able to come out the following week to give me an estimate and reinforced my decision to go with Reliable. Dave and his team delivered a fast, professional and clean installation. Our house is about 20 years old so we decided to get a new heating and cooling system. We called several contractors and received their estimates, but we picked Dave from Reliable Home Comfort because of his excellent knowledge of his product.Dave's crew, Andrew and Levio came to my house on time, and they put dropsheets on my floor to protect my beautiful new hardwood floor. They did an excellent installation and after it they walked me through it and answered all of my questions that I had.After the job was completed they helped me register my warranties online and left my house spotlessly clean! I will strongly recommend Reliable Home Comfort for their professional service.

Rob and the team were great. They came one time and installed my furnace. They left with it working properly and the install looks really clean. I plan on using them again for me A/C.

Dave and his team did a great job on our installation. First Off Dave and his Crew were great, and did an excellent job, the only problem I'm having is geting my A/C rebate, the Cool Savings People are saying the paper work was filed late by reliable, I called Dave who assurred me he would straighten it out but that was 9 weeks ago and the paper is still not filed, I don't want to put Dave down because the installation was excellent but I did expect to have my rebate by now
