Reliable Home Comfort

when our airconditioning failed in the heat of summer, I called and got a very quick responce. We needed a replacement, was quoted a price and no pressure was given. We replied the next morning, and 2 days latedr, on monday morning, they installed it. even though it was a tricky job---no complaints! thanks

I was referred to thsi Company by a collegaue - who was totally satisfied with their service. Not only were they substantially cheaper than the supplier I was about to hire; but also extremely knowledgeable and diliugent in determing the right product for our home. They were extremely punctual in installing the machine; clean; and a pleasure to work with. Also prepared all the paperwork etc for the qualified rebate.

During the recent heat wave my mother's AC stopped working. Called Reliable Home Comfort and the next day Dave came in diagnosed and explained the problem at NO COST, while everyone else had a price to come in. The next day Jamie and Peter did the install in my mother's home. They are friendly and was a pleasure to have in our home and most importantly PROFESSIONALS. Jamie went over and beyond by helping us fix an issue that was not related to their service. They cleaned up well and now my mother has AC. I will recommend Reliable Home Comfort and the price, warranty and service was A1. Thank You to Dave, Rob, Jamie and Peter.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Rob at Reliable. He explained the reason why my furnace leaked every time I ran the a/c, showed me how to fix the problem (should the need arise), and even checked the electrical board in the furnace to make sure there was no water damage. Since it was such a simple fix, he didn't even charge me
Rob was polite, professional, and very efficient. I would not hesitate to a) use Reliable again, and b) recommend them to anyone I know in need of HVAC service. And I liked the sense of humour they displayed in their Credentials & Financial Info on HomeStars. :)

Rob Latour came to my home and checked my furnace and airconditioner and gave me tips on both units. He finished by saying that it ws free because I had bought an air conditioner with them last year. Very pleased and will definitely use them again for purchase of units or check!

Our air conditioner decided to stop working on one of the hottest days of the year no doubt. The guys at Reliable were the only ones to actually pick up the phone (it was days later Reliable installed the new ac that I was still getting return calls from the companies I left messages for). Both Dave and Rob are simply amazing. The job turned out to be more complicated than anticipated but no complaints and extra cost! Would highly recommend without any hesitation!

Dave and his partner came to my home to look at why my air conditioning unit was leaking in the furnace room. As it turns out, the leak was due to a pipe that had simply been disconnected. Dave solved the problem in less than 2 minutes and he didn't charge me a cent for his time. What a nice man!

Rob quoted the job based on a phone conversation. After much research I decided to give the Company the business. They arrived on time and did a very professional job. The install turned out to be more complicated than usual but the price I was quoted was the price I paid. When we tried to start it up my thermostat malfunctioned and they replaced it without additional charge. A touch of class in my view. These guys were a pleasure to work with.

Thanks to Rob and Jamie who came in to do a new install of an air conditioner. Price was very reasonable and service was excellent. They cleaned up nicely after the job was completed and provided some good tips on maintenance. If you're lookng for fast quality work with reasonable prices these guys are highly recommended.

We noticed that our furnace had water coming out of it, and we didn't know who to call. My husband googled, and found Reliable Home Comfort. When my husband called, the gentleman said he was finishing another job, but would come right over. He found the problem right away, had the required supplies in his truck to fix it, and wasn't going to charge us. He was friendly, helpful, and we couldn't have asked for better service. We insisted on 'tipping' him for his time and trouble. We will definitely call again when we need his services.
