Reliable Home Comfort

I recently contracted Dave to come in and fix a broken dryer venting pipe. The pipe had literally detached from the ceiling in a very tricky place. Long story short, Dave came in to fix the pipe and charged a very reasonable amount. Although the repairs did not last too long, upon hearing this, Dave sent out two other gentlemen: Bob and Jamie. They came, firmly re-attached the pipe and charged us nothing! We have no problems recommending Reliable Home Comfort. They are professional and very customer oriented.

Reliable Home Comfort was referred to me by a neighbour who had used their services before. Everything I heard was true. The courteous and professional technician determined the problems quickly and skillfully serviced my furnace and air conditioner. Without hesitation, I will recommend Reliable Home Comfort to friends and family.

Reliable Home Comfort came and serviced our furnace for the winter. They only charged $100 which was less than most other quotes. The technician did a very thorough job, vacuuming out and inspecting every corner of the unit. He noticed a wiring problem and fixed it for free. He did a full cleaning and incpection of our gas fireplace and didn't charge us. He also noticed that we needed an AC cover and gave us one for free. The service was great. The price was low. He was friendly and very informative and had lot's of helpful tips. We give him a strong recommendation

Just a little note to say how impressed I am with Reliable Home Comfort. We bought a new High Efficiency furnace & A/C from them about 2 years ago. So far every year since then we had someone show up to do the yearly maintenance. It is included in the purchase price. Yesterday I had Rob A. come over to do the maintenance and found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced our filter cartridge and answered all of our questions promptly. Great guy! He reassured us that we made a good choice in choosing Reliable Home Comfort as our supplier and service provider. So hard to find great customer service these days. So when you do find a good company you tend to stick with them. I highly recommend them!

I'm a new homeowner and made the mistake of getting a company that showed up at my door to install my new furnace. It's a year later and I knew there was something wrong with my furnace and after trying to reach the company and getting the run around, I called Reliable Home Comfort. Best call I ever made! Dave came over and looked at my furnace and pointed out what was wrong. I wanted to get Dave to fix the problems but he noticed that I had a warranty that was still in effect and suggested I look into that so I could save some money. He even offered to speak to the rep from the other company to explain what the problems are, which he did when I called him back a week later. He saved me a ton of money and offered sound advice. All this and he charged me NOTHING!!! Thanks Dave. My only regret is that I didn't know about Reliable Home Comfort when I was looking for someone to install my furnace a year ago. I would recommend this company to anyone with any heating or cooling needs.

Our furnace died when we tried to turn it on this year, so I agonized over deciding who to call and ultimately decided to call Reliable based on other reviews here. They were fantastic - Rob came out within a day, assessed the situation and explained why he thought we would benefit from a new furnace, no pressure tactics, which was impressive given how old (40 yrs) and in how poor shape our furnace really was. We ended up going with a high efficiency variable speed furnace - great quality for a great price. The crew came out within a week and got it all done with less than ideal conditions. I was so impressed with their positive 'can-do' attitude, and the time they took to explain everything to me patiently without looking for 'the man of the house' to speak to! I had a problem with furnace ,i called Dave he came immediately and fixed it .He installed a few years ago a lot of money on gas bill.it was so nice know he still remembered us GOOD JOB DAVE !!!

Rob from Reliable Home Comfort, is an honest, hardworking heating and cooling expert. He replaced my central cooling in my home this summer. I got three quotes and his was the most competive by far. I contacted this company to get my annual furnace checkup and cleaning .Rob came out that very afternoon to preform the service. He not only did an excellent job but also repaired a hole in the duct work that an earlier contractor didn't properly close after installing an air conditioner . All this at no extra charge .I would recommend Rob and the company to family and friends .

Rob came by as arranged to do an annual cleaning and servicing of my 4-year-old Amana (Goodman) high-efficiency furnace. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things, including what I should look out for. He was also direct about the fact that my furnace is in great condition and I should not require a service contract.
