Call Reliable Home Comfort, explained there was a noise coming from 2 year old Goodman Furnace (which was installed along with New A/C by Reliable did not have any issues till now) Set appointment same day for After 6 pm warranty service.

Dave and (forgot sorry) technician's name came and changed ventor motor, quick job.

December is an odd time of year for an A/C install, but we wanted to catch the deadline for the Toronto Hydro rebate on upgrading old units. We had called Reliable back in the summer to do a patch job on our decrepit old unit when it died on the hottest day of the year (if not the century). We knew we needed a new unit and we were so happy with the service then that we knew we'd use Reliable again for a new A/C.
The owners, Rob L. and Dave, have been terrific to deal with. The installers, Jamie & Rob A., were a pleasure to have around -- they handled an unexpectedly tricky installation with consummate professionalism, skill and good humour, and offered invaluable advice along the way.
We heartily recommend Reliable.

I had a new furnace installed on Dec 5 2011 by Jamie & Rob from Reliable Home Comfort.
From the initial estimate to the installation the job was handled in a very professional, courteous & efficiant manner.
Dave came to my home for the initial estimate & (unlike other companies), did not try and sell me anything other than what I needed and what I had expressed interest in.
*Ive had other companies come in based on a'Great Deal' seen in the newspaper & online & when they arrived for the estimate, try & sell me something for around $7000 with a variety of service plans etc.. & make no mention of the 'Great Deal', (which now had a bunch of conditions attached).
So I've got a great new furnace at a very reasonable price, installed by 2 very knowledgable & pleasant guys.... needless to say, I'm a very happy & warm camper.
I couldn't reasonably ask for anything more.
You won't be disappointed!

I am so pleased to have decided to go with Reliable Home Comfort. Dave and Rob were very patient in answering our questions and concerns. Our builder model Lenox 90% efficiency furnace started to have problems after 7-8 years, and our repair bills started to accumulate. We decided to take advantage of the federal and pronvincial rebates still available and changed the entire system. We decided to go with Reliable Home Comfort because of their competitive pricing and warranties. Andrew and his team installed the furnace and AC in one full day, and kept our place clean and tidied. The process was seamless. We are now enjoying our new, and much quieter furnace, which will hopefully translate to some savings in our energy bills too! Thanks Dave and Rob for a job well done! I will not hesitate to recommend others I know to you.

I've tried a few different contractors over the years, and I was impressed by the prompt work from these guys, they're very professional with very reasonable prices. I got quotes from several heating specialist for the repair and these guys came in with the most reasonable price.

We had a new furnace installed and it's fantastic! The heat's even and superior to the unit replaced.

We had installed a new AC unit and Furnace in July 2010. We are very happy with both. Pete, the installer, was very good and worked in a timely manner. He answered any questions we had about the units. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends and neighbours!

Dave arranged for Rob/Rob & Jamie to remove our old equipment & install a new Goodman furnace & air conditioner on the specific date that we requested. Dave answered all our questions re both product and process & communicated well to set our expectations for the length of time the installation would take.
The installers phoned in advance of arriving Nov 11th & worked from 11 am to late in the evening (with our consent, to get the job finished). Saturday, Rob promptly returned at our request to attend to a subsequent humidifier leak. Our weekend call was answered quickly to our satisfaction and by Monday we were all set.
Service was excellent, with Rob taking the time to make sure that we were comfortable with the new thermostat setup and operation.

Rob did a wonderful job of walking me through all he was doing during his visit and immediately I felt I had found the perfect company to perform all my current and future maintenance and repairs.
