310-roof was exactly where i wanted to be price wise, BUT i was looking for HOW contracters reacted physically when i asked them 15 important questions about thier company.
Simon from 310-Roof was very professional, polite and the only person who gave me a quote who has a good sense of humour : )
Simon put me at ease about my roofing concerns. He answered all of my questions with ease and confidence ( even a few other questions I didn’t ask anyone else)
My roof was done in no time and the type of shingles he suggested ( GAF/ELK Tinberline Weathered Wood) matched my house to perfection!

- If your reading this, then you have the internet. DO YOUR RESEARCH!! Seriously. I researched the kind of shingles that were out there, what type of questions to ask. What is expected. Even check out the http://www.bbb.org/canada/ for ANY company in canada and what thier rating is with the BBB. There is no excuse for not doing any research. you can even call the city up and question them about any company as well as converse with the BBB about a specific company and it's rating. When you check out the BBB they give you the rating of the company and tell you "When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints." Honestly though, there is no reason a business needs thier rating slip lower from an A ( A-. A, A+) Before you hire anyone. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
