We recently had our entire home renovated from top to bottom. Tracey was helpful with fresh idea's, provided many options to choose from and was on time per the schedules we agreed to.
We hired Tracey to act as our project manager for this reno so we could continue our normal routine and job schedules. This proved invaluable. Tracey was always at the site, overseeing and ensuring that the contracters were on time, inspecting the materials brought to ensure they were correct. We never had to worry about who we dealt with or deal with any corrections/changes that had to be made sometimes on the fly.
Tracey most importantly was friendly, courteous and patient with us. Reno's are stressful and time cosuming. We second guessed our choices and changes but Tracey was there to help us through. We felt we had the right person involved from Day 1! We have already recommended Tracey to others that have used her as well.
We still remain in constant contact!
I fully recommend Tracey for large or small Reno's, staging, advisor etc.
Most importantly, we are enjoying our newly renovated home!
