Dave had done very good work for us before so it was natural that, when a new foundation leak needed repair, Dave's company would be our 'go to'. Our timeline was tight, as we had sold our house, and Dave worked our contract into his already tight schedule. It required a dig, crack repair, sealing, and backfill. The crew did an amazing job! We bought a 50 year-old detached house on a sloped lot with a concrete block foundation in need of repair required in a short time frame. We asked 3 contractors to provide estimates. Dave promptly came to our house to discuss the project and make helpful suggestions. He quickly provided an estimate, which was quite reasonable and made room for us in his busy schedule to meet our time line. The team installed new french drains, waterproofed the foundation and reinforced the concrete block. He coordinated any subs that might be required to complete the work. The work was done professionally, on time and on budget with minimum disruption leaving a clean site. I would highly recommend Dave Marcotte foundations to anyone with foundation problems.

Dave is fantastic! He came to my house during the winter when there was an usually warm period and water was coming in an old crack in the foundation. Dave immediately came out and used a low pressure injection to completely seal the crack. over the course of the spring thaw, we did not have one drop of water enter. Keep in mind that our foundation is very old (circa. 1945) and this did the trick nicely. We are now comfortable that we will finish the basement and will be using Dave and his team for that. You cannot go wrong by calling Dave.

Dave Marcotte did a fabulous job restoring our basement. We live in a heritage house (1860) and had water issues.

We are very satisfied with the work of Dave Marcotte Foundations. We asked for an estimate to deal with sunken window-wells and Dave came within a day. He clearly explained what needed to be done and gave a reasonable estimate for excavating 2 window wells to the foot of the basement wall, testing the weeping tile and backfilling with drainage stone. We had decorative stone surrounding the area which the crew covered with tarpaulins and plywood. They excavated one day. The next day they protected the basement wall, tested the weeping tile and backfilled. They bought more decorative stone to cover any soiled areas. It was a very efficient and high quality job.
