We bought a 50 year-old detached house on a sloped lot with a concrete block foundation in need of repair required in a short time frame. We asked 3 contractors to provide estimates. Dave promptly came to our house to discuss the project and make helpful suggestions. He quickly provided an estimate, which was quite reasonable and made room for us in his busy schedule to meet our time line. The team installed new french drains, waterproofed the foundation and reinforced the concrete block. He coordinated any subs that might be required to complete the work. The work was done professionally, on time and on budget with minimum disruption leaving a clean site. I would highly recommend Dave Marcotte foundations to anyone with foundation problems.
