Dave Marcotte did a fabulous job restoring our basement. We live in a heritage house (1860) and had water issues. From the start, Dave followed up with us immediately re a quote and was available to answer all of our questions. He began work on the exact date we had booked in 1 year earlier. Dave is experienced and extremely organized with a tight schedule with all of his trades persons. The job went quickly and smoothly and what I really liked about Dave is that he is a problem solver. I would highly recommend Dave Marcotte Foundations as you can see from our rating. Extremely professional!!!
