Reattached a loose kitchen sink.
Update: WaterWorks came back and made it right. I was quite pleased with the solution the plumber, Michael came up with. To top it off, we was very pleasant. I still feel that this whole situation could have been avoided but I'm still happy that it all worked out....

I was quoted $1400 to reattach an undermount sink. This repair was not in their price list and this was the charge to install a new sink. I paid $800 only after some serious discussion about their crazy pricing structure. What's worse is they offered me $20 off for a positive review on HomeStars. I did not take it. I called this company because of their high rating...which it seems may be inflated. Finally it was the messiest caulking job I have ever seen. It took be two days to clean my sink and counter. They get no stars from me.

Hi Christine;
Thank you very much for your review and your business.Gee, I thought we would have at least deserved a 9 given the fact that we were faced with a challenge of shoddy builders workmanship. This builder decided to glue a sink as an afterthought which is totally wrong so we were left with the challege of cleaning up their mess. I am glad that you decided to share with the community that we were truly concerned about doing a perfect job.Thank you from all of us at Waterworks Plumbing and Drain
