Have a leak in one of my rads. I called last night, after I found Water Works on the internet in a google search. The person who answered was very friendly and knowledgeable. She booked me an appt for today.
They called this morning to find out if the plumber could come earlier. He arrived. Very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful.
Provided temporary solution until we decide if we will proceed with the project.
