We have used Waterworks on several occasions - primarily to install a back water valve.We have over the past several years built a relationship that gives us the confidence to both call Waterworks when needed as well as know that there annual inspection is not self serving.
We will continue to use them as needed and have recommended them to our neighbours, family and friends.
