Todd assisted me with a troubled toilet that needed to be replaced. He explained and showed me the problem, then along the way it turned out that the original toilet had not been installed properly. Todd was able to fix the problem and wouldnt give up until I had a fully functional toilet. He was curtious and kept me well informed throughout the process. I will be going back to waterworks for all my plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone.
