Easy to book, flexible scheduling. Michael came with another nice guy (whose name I didn't catch) and quickly assessed the situation. Refreshingly, they recommended leaving the issue alone (and not spending more money).
Fast, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will definitely recommend
