Ethan arrived and found the problem of the leak under the sink at my condo. He recommended a new faucet which he had on hand in his truck. He worked efficiently and was very pleasant to deal with. He certainly understood how the installation worked and the best way to fix it.
The only downside was that I found the solution expensive compared to other plumbers I had dealt with. A $900 charge to supply a faucet worth $250 with less than two hours work seemed excessive. Ethan was there and ready to fix my leaky faucet on the spot so I agreed to the price rather than look for someone else to do the work at the time I got the quote.
