Over a year ago, my sump pump kept going off. I thought the sump pump was malfunctioning. So I called this company which got really good reviews. They told me my sump pump was broken and I got them to install a new "better" one. Then it continued to go off and make noise. So the owner of the company comes in and tells me I need to put in an "industrial" shutoff valve. I was upset and asked why they made me put in a new sump pump and promised me that the issue would be fixed. Then I told the owner I to get out and that I would give him a bad review. He started to threaten me and tell me he'd sue me. As a woman, that really scared me. I am not sure how this company keeps getting good reviews as I feel these guys took advantage of me as a woman. It turned out there was a water pipe that had burst and that's why my perfectly working sump pump was going off pumping out the water.

Following a complaint about noise from the pump in February 2023, our team revisited the site and performed a thorough cleaning of the pit to ensure optimal performance.
Upon receiving another noise complaint in December 2023, our technician Michael conducted a comprehensive check of the sump pump and its operation to identify any potential issues.
In January 2024, another one of our skilled technicians, Alija, visited the your home to further investigate the noise complaint. Alija meticulously examined the sump drain line and conducted tests by filling up both pits with water and operating the pumps multiple times, yet no unusual noise was detected during these tests.
To ensure we could accurately diagnose and resolve the issue, our technician advised you to capture a quick video of the noise if it occurred again. Unfortunately, we did not receive any video documentation of the recurring noise issue.
