Had a leak in the ceiling called Waterworks because they had good reviews. Mike arrived did not cut open ceiling told me the 2 shower stalls needed to be resealed with silicone and changed the ring on the toilet claimed it was leaking. I called the next morning and told him to return and open the ceiling which he did. Looked and said no pipes there it was a roofing issue. The roofer was called looked into the hole in the ceiling and found the water pipe leaking. Called Rupinder explained the situation she sai Mike would phone. He phoned at 6 pm told me he was having dinner with his family and couldnt discuss this and would come back to fix the leak. I explained that I was definitely not paying him any more money and he suggested I think on the matter logically and get back to him. He could not talk he was having dinner with his family so not sure why he called when he didnt have time and found him condescending when I suggested that I did not see how he could fix a leak he said never existed. I do feel I was overcharged and the problem was clearly not solved because now I have to hire another plumber.

We are sorry that your experience with our company did not live up to your expectations. We would like to just clarify a few points from our side as we feel the review that you have written is not accurate. There are always two sides to every story.
On our first visit to your house you and your husband refused our price book quoted fee to open the ceiling. You both refused, because you were concerned about the drywall dust, repairs and painting. Without the ability to open the ceiling because you were unwilling to pay for this work I recommended to check both bathrooms upstairs.
Upon checking the bathrooms, I found 2 shower stalls without any silicone, the toilet had a date code of 20 years ago and was wobbly. In good conscience I recommended to replace the gaskets, toilet bolts and supply tube, and add new silicone to both shower bases and walls which I did.
When this didn’t solve your initial problem I returned for a 2nd visit (at No-Charge-refused to pay) I opened the ceiling as per your request and I moved quite a bit of fiberglass insulation around and I couldn't see any leakage. There was a lot of insulation up there and what i did see was occurring where the 2 sections of roof meet. Based on this I recommended a certified roofing contractor to look into that area and as luck would have it, he found the leak from the base of your shower stall.
I came back for a 3rd Free visit-refused to pay: I went up on the ladder to verify what our roofer saw. The plywood deck was wet beneath the shower stall and when I quoted you to repair it you felt that it should be a another Free repair.
Unfortunately we had already put a lot of time and money into your project above and beyond what a typical plumber would to try and make you satisfied with our service, however we were unable to do this repair at no cost.
We realize that we are not the right fit for every client and hope that you are able to find another company that is able to provide these services for you.
