A hot water tap in the guest bathroom has been flowing slowly and sometimes stuttered as water came out. This has been going on for a long time. We have replaced the cartridge and the aerator to no avail. Soon the New Year will arrive and we have to quickly find a plumber to fix it before our parties and gatherings start. It is not easy to find an honest and reliable plumber but we are very happy to have found this company.
An appointment was available within 2 hours of the initial call and Borys arrived promptly around lunchtime with his company van and tools. He took one quick look and said this is an easy do-it-yourself adjustment of the water supply line under the sink and he did not charge us anything for coming over and telling us how to do this. The hot water tap is now flowing very nicely. DrainCom really lives up to its near perfect rating.
