Jason designed us our dream home. I changed my mind many times throughout the process and Jason was always patient and understanding. He provided us with great insight and had many great ideas throughout the design process. He is very knowledgeable in regards to building codes, pros and cons of various building options as well as cost/benefit of building options as well. He is very prompt at answering e-mails and messages. I can't wait until our home is built, we will definitely send Jason some pictures of the finished product!

From our first meet and during the design process wth Jason, we felt rght at home. Jason listened and gave great suggestions on what we wanted. There were times I thought he could read my mind - he would suggest an option and that's what I would be thinking. Even his dad, Richard pitched in with a few ideas.

The drawings were very detailed and our framer was impressed wth the measurement details - said it will help him in making his job easier

We emailed Jason our house plan idea that we designed with a small home design prgram. He quickly responded back with a fair quote and we agreed to have Rijus Home design create the official plans for us..
We met with Jason a short time after, where he pointed out some design flaws of ours and suggested some significant changes that we are happy were done.
The builder had no major issues and was pretty happy with the plans overall. Now completed, we love everything about this house and we are especially happy that we took their advice and implemented their changes.
Throughout this experience, they were always polite and very professional and always returned calls or emails in a prompt manner.

We were very pleased with the service provided. As a first time home builder being your own contractor can be intimidating, the plans provided were accurate and readily approved by local officials. Any questions we had during the building process were quickly answered. We have received many compliments on our new home and are pleased with the results

We were looking to do a home addition, so we called Rijus. They were very timely with their quotes and extremely friendly and understanding. We were extremely happy with their services which they provided and look forward to working with them in the future.

Jason worked with us on our new house plans and came up with a design that we were looking for . After a few revisions and a couple months later we had our final prints. Rijus Home Design was the first step of building our own home and they made it enjoyable.

His creativity helped to to decide on what design we wanted to use. through this whole experience Jason was quick to respond and was always available to make a quick change to the plan. A great house starts from a great designer, without one you’re constantly fixing issues that should not have been there in the first place. Jason is a very detailed individual and will give you great ideas and his honest suggestions. He has lots of PATIENCE, this is very important because sometimes there can be a few changes that need to be made. If he's not 110% sure on something he will take the time to look into it before giving you a definite answer. Jason and Richard work very well together, they give each other great advice and ideas to make YOUR house look and work even better. He responds to your emails and phone calls very quickly. My wife and I are so very thankful that we used Jason to design our house.
I would highly recommend him to anyone and if I ever build again I will use him without a question. I won’t even ask him for a price, that's how trust worthy and honest he is.

We had been planning to build our house for years and very excited to be able to move ahead with the project. We came to Rijus with lots of ideas and pictures and Jason was great to work with putting it all together. We worked together on the "perfect" design for quite a while and Jason was always willing to make our changes, and changes, and changes.....right up to the end! Jason, we appreciate the time and thought to our revisions, honest opinions, and for putting it all together for a dream design - we love our new home!
