Landscape Contractors & Designers review in Oakville

After reading the good reviews we decided to contact the company.
1- Pricing and design part with Danny was very satisfactory and because of him we decided to peruse the project with synergy.
2- Digging was behind schedule but we kept quite.
3- finishing the project was almost 3 weeks behind schedule.
4- To compensate for the delay they installed extra part in the retaining walls without charging us and we appreciated that.
5- Did not like calling before even completing the job, asking for the rest of the money.
Overall, we appreciated the sales and customer's service side which helped a lot to absorb most of the downfalls in this project.

$5,500.00

Landscape Contractors & Designers review in Oakville

After reading the good reviews we contacted the company. Our experience summarized as follows:
1- Pricing and design with danny were very satisfactory and because of danny we decided to peruse the project with synergy.
2- digging was behind schedule but we kept quite. The digging team was really loud and messy. Playing extremely loud music while working and left all kind of food containers and orange peels all over the place. They told us they did the digging as per the design.
3- finishing the project was 3 weeks behind schedule. Got to know that they over digged the area and removed extra grass. They tried to cover it up by putting top soil all over the place which was not part of the design.
4- final design was not installed properly. Left side is not in line with the right side.
5- before even completing the job, the owner called me asking if I'm home, why, cause he wants to get paid.
We did not have a satisfactory experience at all, will not do any future project with them and definitely not recommending them to any of our friends.
