After reading the good reviews we decided to contact the company. 1- Pricing and design part with Danny was very satisfactory and because of him we decided to peruse the project with synergy. 2- Digging was behind schedule but we kept quite. 3- finishing the project was almost 3 weeks behind schedule. 4- To compensate for the delay they installed extra part in the retaining walls without charging us and we appreciated that. 5- Did not like calling before even completing the job, asking for the rest of the money. Overall, we appreciated the sales and customer's service side which helped a lot to absorb most of the downfalls in this project.
