310RENO Design & Renovation

We had 310-RENO renovate our master bath, including a rebuilt tile shower, a new vanity, tiled floor, and a ceiling fan/vent for the shower in this bathroom, and another fan/vent in a 2nd bathroom. Francis was very helpful assisting us making decisions & explaining the process. They committed to a start date and kept to the schedule, working through each day until complete (no gaps). Kyle did the work, and he was professional, polite, considerate, made allowances for our input, and did a great job. We also appreciated Mike's follow-up. We're very happy with our new bathroom, and would recommend these guys to anyone considering a reno. We'll definitely be calling them for our next reno.

I called Mike after we had an awful problem with a broken pipe that caused flooding in our bedroom basement. After the clean up was done (they needed to cut 2 feet of drywall, remove carpets, etc) by a restoration company, we needed someone to come in and put it back together quickly and professionally as we work from home and we use this as part of our office. I explained this to Mike, and he was able send his team out the next day. They worked hard and were able to finish the job within 4 days and did a fantastic job! We are so happy with the work and their speed, I have already spoken to Mike about another room in our house that we would like to renovate. If you have any need for renovations, this is the company to hire!

310-RENO did an excellent job. They were very professional in the way they conducted there business. They were open to changes that we needed and also suggested very nice changes of their own. Mike is an excellent person and you will not be disappointed.

Mike and his team were very professional and worked hard to achieve the desired result. You can certainly tell that Mike cares a great deal about the quality of work that 310 Reno do and won't sign off unless they know that the customer is fully satisfied. They finished the job in a timely manner but didn't rush the work either. Overall, my wife and I are absolutely thrilled with our two new bathrooms.

310-Reno was very quick to get in touch and get things started, which is what we really liked. Our project was mainly located on the main floor, including the stairs to the basement. We wanted them to install new hardwood floors throughout, redo tile in the foyer, main bathroom and shower. Relocate all electrical and plumbing based on a new kitchen layout, install new doors, baseboards and trim everywhere, as well as completely redo the bathroom. I pay extreme attention to detail and craftsmanship and it was extremely important to me to get good tile guys. 310-reno brought excellent tile guys - they followed my directions very well, were careful and very fast. Their work is amazing. The hardwood was also installed beautifully. Transitions from hardwood to tile at the foyer and bathroom are seamless. The electrician was also very fast and precise. They took the initiative to increase all door heights, which was a lot of extra work, but it really improves the overall look of the house. Anything that I wanted done differently was addressed and fixed. Overall I am very happy with the finished reno.

We hired 310-RENO to complete renovations to our bathroom and kitchen, and install a basement apartment. Mike was easy to work with, with his friendly nature and cost-saving ideas. He gets top marks for keeping us comfortable and informed. The guys doing the work were fast and their work looks great! As you might expect with any renovation, we found some unexpected surprises in our house. 310 was quick to modify the job requirements and help fit it in our budget.
Organizing everything was a smooth and simple process, from booking an estimate, to planning our work, making changes, and completing the finishing touches. They were always easy to get on the phone and quick to respond to email.

I called Mike & his team after the fire department came through my home and highlighted some pretty serious code violations. Even though I was out of the country, I gave Mike a call and explained the situation to him. He was very responsive and willing to work with me, and my rather tight time frame, to get the job done! I gave him some contacts to work with, he connected with him and did a very clean job on the work. Also he just seemed like a really nice guy - would highly recommend!

310Reno generally performed very well on our renovation of two full bathrooms and a basement laundry room. The most important thing in going into a reno is setting expectations and having a detailed contract that specifies work to be done. The contract was thorough. The workers sent to perform the work were excellent, both had a real can-do attitude and were meticulous in their work, going over details with us when they had questions, and responding to our questions and suggestions. The only quibble was that more could have been done to control dust, especially as this was a winter project and it was not possible to open windows most of the time. Mike was very thorough in walking us through the difficult tile options and getting the right tiles ordered for what we wanted. The finished products are great and look beautiful. We would definitely use 310Reno again for other projects. There were few surprises, although in any project there are inevitably some, but they did their best to minimize those. Clean up was excellent and they were very responsive to requests to remove waste. One of the concerns with any contractor is taking care of the little details once the main work is done on the project. 310Reno was really good about this and performed the work promptly.

We chose 310 Reno from several option because of the knowledgeable site visit and friendly attatude. The speed of the renovation was very impressive. If you want to do things be prepared to work fast. They had the whole job done in less than one month. We really liked the communication as they were always talking to us making sure everything was going well. They always left the site clean and the rest of the house spotless as well.
I would highly rcommend them to anyone looking for a very proffesional job.
