They even have 3 pricing options as well. Matthew came by and so did Adel as well. The job Matthew did was fantastic for the 4 rooms, and I will be asking them to come by and clean the remaining rooms in our place. One of the rooms we did was a bedroom, and the floor in in that room looks incredibly clean compared to the other bedrooms that we left alone. It's a world of difference. Another room had small paint chips on the floor (from ceiling paint earlier) and a few stains too. These were corrected to the best he could and the room now looks like there wasn't any stains there before at a few glances. I wasn't expecting much initially and I was surprised by how much he did actually correct it. Matthew used a big machine directly from his van with a very large and long hose. He didn't make a mess anywhere in the house and laid his other tools and equipment that was in the house on his own mats. He was also very polite to answer about the half-dozen questions I had. I received a follow up call from them a day after, which was appreciated.

Originally had installer come to do carpet stretching in the master bedroom. He was very courteous and after completion explained to me what he had done. Part of our room had a grill in one area, which after stretching would be off. He made the adjustment pretty close to perfect. Mark called me for a follow up shortly after, which was very unexpected and also much appreciated. I was very happy with their service that on the spot I asked them if they could also replace existing carpet runners on 12 stairs. Mark came by personally to do the measurements before his team would install, with 3 different styles and pricing options, and about 30-40 different colors to choose from. The following week, the same person who did the carpet stretching did the carpet runners installation. It was nice to see the same person over. The quality and color of carpet was exactly what I selected the previous week, and the installation was done great.

Had a garage door that wouldn't close. Tim was the only 1 of 3 companies to come by on a cold mid-February day (twice) to inspect and then replace. We had original doors, 20 years old roughly; the steel sidings were rusty, the wood on the doors were cracking/chipping in multiple areas. Tim installed 2 new doors in about 3-4 hours, and even cleaned up the mess afterwards. He measurements were precise, because before we usually had a draft for one door as the spacing originally was incorrect, and Tim had both doors more precise, much, much less draft in the garage now. Now when the doors open it's a smooth sound compared to the clanking we dealt with for many years. Will definitely recommend him to neighbors.
