We were extremely impressed by this company when we called them about a bleach stain on our berber carpet. Mark and his staff treated us like valued customers even though it was a small job, and devoted an inordinate amount of time to making sure we knew all the options for treating the stain, as well as the pros and cons for each. We also very much appreciated that Mark was always available to talk if we needed clarification on anything, and was extremely honest about what to expect in terms of results.
