We hired them on a referral and liked their design ideas along with their business approach. It was a good relationship until the job took longer than planned (due to weather) and we felt that they rushed through some important parts. Overall, the job looked great, but now almost 1 year later the grout in some areas has completely disappeared. They were new business entrepenuers and could learn some follow-up customer service tools.
