He shows up when he wants never as scheduled, his equipment damaged our custom stamped concrete deck, completely through the finish. He left tons of leaves off the cover in bottom of the pool and sludge in the skimmer. His helper smokes on the premises and leaves butts everywhere. We called Glenn to express our concerns and dissatisfaction, he hasn't come back but was quick to cash our cheque. If you value your pool...call someone else!

Glenn has been opening and closing our pool for the past 10 years. He is always on time and provides excellent customer service. He has also replaced our liner and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend Glenn and his team for your pool service needs!

Glenn was working on the next door neighbour's pool I asked him to come over and look at it. He got out his tools and blew the pipe out. Let me know I had a small leak in the pipe. Told me how to fix it myself.
Also looked at my heater for me "finicky" old thing. Found a loose conection and fixed it.
