Trend Contracting

This was a medium size project and I need it a reliable, honest, experienced contractor. The work involved asbestos tests which David took care of it efficiently and provided valuable feedback on how to go about this since we had to take care of it before the demolition started.
Walls needed to be taken down and David got involved on this structural aspect of the project which gave me a great deal of confidence that all was going to be just fine. After this, all trades were responsible and completed the work in due time which is extremely important. David has excellent trades working with him for long years and this matters when it comes to this type of projects. In addition, there was no detail left out as David is a very detail oriented person, he was always at my house doing work and checking all was going as planned, the communication was fantastic as he always called me to keep me updated and/or reply in a timely matter to my calls. I quickly noticed when he was quoting me that he is a professional and takes the time to explain clearly what the project involves and the cost, this was extremely valuable for me as I don't like "surprises". The budget was as discussed and the project completed in due time as well. I couldn't believe I could go through this renovation without stress, but this was the case because David takes charge and knows what he is doing. His approach to the entire project was of a contractor that cares and wants to provide the very best service. Overall, David is one contractor you can trust and rely on his vast knowledge and at the same time, super honest. It doesn't get any better than this. After 5 years in our home, we decided to tackle a significant kitchen renovation and heard about David Generali from a friend who was pleased with his work. We are so glad we chose him! David's first visit showed us that he had a lot of experience re-imagining spaces like ours. He helped us see not only what was possible, but what was optimal for our space. He may not be a designer per se, but he has clearly learned through experience what looks right and knows how to pull it together. He had creative solutions for how to update just one half of our main floor, in a house that is 90 years old. David provided a clear project plan and schedule that actually stayed accurate right to the end date. He told us in advance when to order appliances, tile, etc and there were no unexpected delays. He was available by phone and text when we were at stores selecting fixtures and other supplies. He valued our time as working people with a young family who were trying to live in our home as it was renovated. We were also pleased with the employees and worked on framing, painting, drywalling, etc. If we have our way, we will hire David for all our future jobs and I hope you'll bring him to look at your projects too.
