This was a medium size project and I need it a reliable, honest, experienced contractor. The work involved asbestos tests which David took care of it efficiently and provided valuable feedback on how to go about this since we had to take care of it before the demolition started.
Walls needed to be taken down and David got involved on this structural aspect of the project which gave me a great deal of confidence that all was going to be just fine. After this, all trades were responsible and completed the work in due time which is extremely important. David has excellent trades working with him for long years and this matters when it comes to this type of projects. In addition, there was no detail left out as David is a very detail oriented person, he was always at my house doing work and checking all was going as planned, the communication was fantastic as he always called me to keep me updated and/or reply in a timely matter to my calls. I quickly noticed when he was quoting me that he is a professional and takes the time to explain clearly what the project involves and the cost, this was extremely valuable for me as I don't like "surprises". The budget was as discussed and the project completed in due time as well. I couldn't believe I could go through this renovation without stress, but this was the case because David takes charge and knows what he is doing. His approach to the entire project was of a contractor that cares and wants to provide the very best service. Overall, David is one contractor you can trust and rely on his vast knowledge and at the same time, super honest. It doesn't get any better than this. Thanks so much David for the wonderful job and for making my life easier during these three months of renovation.
