Our family has been dealing with Rod and his crew at Niagara Heights for close to 20 years now. We relied on him for a new foundation, poured foundation repair, 2 garage floors, stamped concrete sidewalk, apron and stairs as well as a self leveling floating floor in our basement addition. All work was top notch with no surprises and all have endured the test of time.
Rods experience holds extra value when it comes to detail and craftsmanship. He knows the products that will be the best fit for specific applications and there is never pressure to upsell. If a cheaper product will do, that is what he suggests and stands behind it.
He and his employees are always professional, hard working, trustworthy and sincere. Rod is always easy to find on the job site as he will be one of the guys running a machine, at the end of the shovel or moving wheelbarrows of cement. Definitely a hands on contractor which likely contributes to his high quality finishes and overall distinguished customer satisfaction.
