My 85 year old widowed mother was charged $1000 to replace her basic kitchen taps and sprayer with a slightly upgraded model. The bill did not outline the cost break down and doesn't unless approved by a manager. Flat fees charged for services only! Total ridiculous billing and costs for this job - taking advantage of seniors.
Avoid this company at all costs.
